Testing and Inspection
We offer the annual testing and inspection of your fall arrest systems, eye bolts, ladders, guardrails and your lightning and surge protection systems. We send fully trained engineers out to inspect your systems. We re tag and date all products once they have passed and provide an up to date report of the systems info. We use calibrated pull test rigs for all our pull out testing. We also inspect PPE.
Lightning and Surge Protection Retesting
Each year the UK and Ireland and the surrounding sea's typically experience 200,000 to 300,000 lightning counts. Here in the UK a thunderstorm may occur in any part of the UK and in any month of the year. Is your building protected? It's better to be safe than sorry.
Bespoke Installations
Our besoke services also include step units and free standing air conditioning units, all with handrails. And walkways that can be fixed to all roof types
Guardrails and Collapsing Guardrail
We can offer a wide range of guardrails for every roof build up or type of system you require. From Free standing guardrail's, Collapsing guardrails's, Fixed guardrails', Bespoke guardrails.
Ladders and Gantries
We offer many types of ladder systems, from external accesses to internal accesses with rest platforms if needed. We also can offer a wide range of raised platforms/gantries all with handrails.
Mansafe System / Fall Arrest Systems
Shock absorbing posts's fixed to a roof with a stainless steel cable that is running through each post, where a person is clipped on with a harness. Mansafe/fall arrest systems are there to help protect a person from falling from an open edge whilst working at heights. We also provide an annual retesting and certification of all mansafe systems.
Vertical Fall Arrest Systems
This will prevent any falls from ladder systems whilst climbing or descending. This is generally a track system that is connected to a ladder or a cable. The user will attach themselves to this with there harness. In the event of a slip or fall, the attached device will lock out and preven the user from falling.
UAV roof survey
Our building and roof inspections are carried out using state-of-the art UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles – otherwise known as drones), this gives us the ability to offer clients a detailed. cost-effective, high-quality solution with none of the risks or costs involved in working at height. UAV's also are able to provide fantastic cost saving when undertaking surveys as this method drastically reduces the amount of time required on site and also eliminates the need for powered access or scaffolding.
